ElevatedFrame Digital provides professional video production services, including but not limited to corporate videos, commercials, event coverage, and post-production. Specific details of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate project completion.
- Clients must ensure that all content provided to ElevatedFrame Digital (e.g., scripts, logos, music) is legally obtained and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and terms will be specified in each project agreement. A deposit is typically required to commence work, with final payment due upon project completion and client approval.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will typically own the final video content. ElevatedFrame Digital retains the right to use portions of the completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
ElevatedFrame Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
